Good news, we've sold our house! The ink is dry today on the offer, and we'll be closing in mid-July. That's a bonus for us since we still are waiting to see if our offer on the house in Roscoe is accepted. We hope to close on that one in mid-June, so we would have nearly a month to move on up to the north side.
It's late and I gotta run, just thought I would leave this post in case anyone actually reads this. We're excited that it's finally happening.. anyone got some boxes?
