Wild, wild life

This pair was staking out my backyard for dinner last night when I pulled into the driveway.

 I was kinda shocked they didn't bolt when I quietly got out of my car and reached into the trunk for a camera and lens.

I did catch "junior" taking a bite of the flowers in one of Ann's pots, but I let it go... poor little fella just wants some food, right?

Darn kids. 

Mom kept a close eye on him as I crept closer to the back of the house, but eventually they got bored and just bounded back up into the woods. 

It was a nice "welcome home" gift I guess!
